How to place your order:

There are several ways to place an order. You should feel free to use the method that makes you most comfortable or is most convenient for you.

First send us your order information and the specific details like item type, colors, sizes, quantities, art needs and deadline needs. Once we received your information, we can send you a price quote.

Artwork:

Desktop publishing presentation or spreadsheet
programs like word, excel,  power point are not
suitable for screen printing.
Images taken from the internet normally
don't work as they are low quality images.We accept
the following file types:

pdf - cdr - ai - ps - tif - jpg - png
Art charges are quoted.

The size of your design:

Will depend on the smallest size of the garments  we will set your imprint size to either the height or width maximum of the smallest garment size. If your order needs more than one size of art you will be subject to a second screen charge.

 

Printing white ink on a dark shirt:

In order to make bright colors stand out on dark garments, often we need to print a base coat then print the correct color on top of the undercoat. If an undercoat is necessary, there will be an additional cost.

Rush Service:

Is available, call us to arrange for a rush order.

Our standard production time:

Is ten working days, normally 2 weeks. Please note your job production time will not start until your art has been approved and your payment plan approved by the credit dept.

Shading:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the consistency of garment  shades.

Any Changes:

Changes made after the approval will result in additional charges.

Add Ons:

Can be added prior to the printing of order. NOTE: Add ons should be made as early as possible, otherwise it will delay the order.

It is the Customers Responsibility:

to check the proof for spelling, color and location of new designs.

Colors of the Proof:

are approximate and may appear differently according to your monitor or  printer setting, and should not be taken as accurate representations.

Screen Charges:

Includes lettering, set-up and a $25.00 screen charge per color. (based on camera ready black and white art).

Re-Order Screen Charges:

Any re-order for that pattern will carry an $10.00 charge to re-burn the screen.

Color Change:

Same screen, different color ink $10.00

Prices:

Prices subject to change without notice. (Special price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of written quote.)

Cancellations:

Cancellations, if necessary will be billed for materials and labor to the point of production. The fee is for restocking and to return any goods as well as the freight cost to transport the goods.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped out by U.P.S.or messenger.  The customer will pay the shipping charge, unless the customer wishes to pick up the order.

Payment:

When placing an order, let us know the method of payment. We accept all major credit cards, certified check, money order, pre-deposited personal or
company checks, and school purchase orders, must be on official school documents
and signed by the appropriate person(s).

Returned Checks:

There will be a $35.00 service charged for checks that are returned from the bank marked non sufficient  funds.
